I Have a Pacemaker
This shouldn't be a problem
Make sure that you take your pacemaker information with you. When you go through the airport security you will need to show them this to prove you have a pacemaker. They will then hand search you rather than you walking through the magnetic metal detector.
Whilst you are on holiday just avoid getting close to anything with a large magnetic field as it can disrupt the settings or disable your pacemaker.
