Definitely not good!!  If you’ve never tried it don’t start and if you have tried it then try to stop.

 

Nicotine is a powerful, addictive drug.  It can be very difficult to stop once you start.

 

You can become addicted to smoking very quickly and easily.  It only takes one or two cigarettes to get addicted.  If your mates are trying it out - be strong and say NO for the sake of your heart!

 

If you have started to smoke then its not too late to stop.  You will start to repair the damage caused by smoking within days.
