Some Tips For A Healthy Diet

  • Limit foods and sweets containing sugar, and restrict to mealtimes. 

 

  • Where possible, sugar-free medications should be used.

 

  • Drinks containing sugars, including natural fruit juices, should be avoided between meals.

 

  •   Fizzy drinks cause acid damage and should be avoided. Try drinking water or milk instead.

 

  • Read the label! ‘No Added Sugar’ means already contains sugar.

 

  • Choose ‘SUGAR FREE’ instead.
