We will be meeting normally at the teenzone area which is located in ward 77 in the New Manchester Children's Hospital.
Whether your an existing member of heart4teens or brand new to it - everyone is welcome so come along and join in.
A team from JUMP will be meeting with us. They are a charity that produce all sorts of media images for people. They will be coming to tell us how they are going to work with us over the next year to produce a DVD!!! You will go home with a special gift tonight as a way of saying thank you to everyone for all your committment over the past 12 months.
Anne Crump from the Grown Up Patients Association is also coming along to help us chill out!! She will be doing an activity to give you skills that you can use in everyday life to help you chill out.
